Num tacho juntar a cenoura os cogumelos e corgetes 2 copos de agua por cada copo de arroz pretendido sal e azeite, levar ao lume deixar ferver a agua e juntar o arroz cozer 10 minutos. Ao refogado juntar o seitan e deixar marinar te a agua desapareçer. /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1/4 chávena de azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;250g seitan cortado aos cubos pequenos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 chávenas de cogumelos frescos e laminados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 chávena de água&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 cubos de caldo vegetal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 c. de sopa de farinha integral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;200 ml de natas vegetais&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Numa caçarola saltear a cebola e alho no azeite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Juntar o seitan e os cogumelos e deixar apurar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Juntar água e os cubos e mexer bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Adicionar a farinha e mexer novamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Deixe a farinha
